When I tell you this is the BEST Chinese restaurant I ever been too. Omg I love it!! First time coming here and it was amazing. Will always be my number one place. Fast. Friendly. Yummy!!

Lost my order waited for an hour and a half, the father refused to check for my order the mother went to check and never came back. The son came and took my order twice. I was told what can I say it's the holidays. Not even so much as a free fortune cookie. Got home ordered Gen tso med heat. Absolutely no heat. I'll drive to won ton palace in marine city mi an hour away before I frequent this place again. That is across the street from my house.

I have been going to Ruby for years. The staff is always very friendly. The food is wonderful. I order online most often and they always pay attention to the special orders (like EXTRA hot). Dine in or carry out this restaurant is great.

Good selection of food and very good, from what I have had. Indoor dinning is available, although we typically do carry-out. My only complaint about this place is that when they are busy with carry-outs it can be a challenge when picking up your food as the area for pickup is small and not suited for many people. Not much room to move.

Food is decent, prices are fair, however the older lady that works in the evening is very rude, and rushy! She takes the plate away before I'm even finished , with siverware still in my hand, and demands the money for the bill before we are fully finishing our food. The dinner says it comes with Tea and cookies, and yet I've never gotten hot tea. I understand there's a cultural differences and everyone's different, but there should be a universal understanding of how to treat a paying customer. I steer away from here solely because of the rude service.

I had a 5-person party. No one else had an issue with their food, yet my food (General Sao) tasted like dog food soaked in soy sauce. The Lo Mein that I got as a replacement for my rice was gel. It looked as if the noodles were removed from a block of clear jello. So if you go here DO NOT get that plate.

We had a wonderful experience at Ruby's and the food was delicious! The best hot and sour soup that I've ever had. The steamed dumplings were fantastic! I had Shrimp with Lobster Sauce. The shrimp were fresh and large. I love how they remove the tails as some restaurants don't. The dine in atmosphere is really authentic and nice! Ruby's is definitely on our list of regular go tos!!!!!!

Not sure what was goin on this afternoon but needless to say everything had a charcoal/bbq smoke taste going on and was very unpleasant. The brown rice was the worst of it all. Wonton soup was amazing but the food wasn’t even took for the dogs 🤷🏼‍♂️
